Here's the problem I have with Trump's made up explanations. The Constitution has specific provisions that ensure continuity of government. It doesn't grind to a halt. For example, if a president become enfeebled by illness and became incapacitated, unable to perform his duties, the legal and Constitutional transfer of power to the next person in the line of secession occurs by default, ensuring a continuity of government. Or, should the president become encumbered by other situations which would hinder the ability to perform the duties as president, the same transfer of powers would occurs. Federal investigations requiring extended sworn testimony of the president such as to impede his ability to carry out his duties would fall into such a category.
Trump is trying to subvert and obstruct justice in the investigation's primary purpose of determining if he knew at any time before or during his campaign and subsequent election, that a hostile foreign state was assisting in any manner, and did he condone and/or assist in any manner in violation of Federal election law. If this occurred, it is an act of subversion and encroaches treasonous territory. If the Mueller investigation confirms the above, it would be just one high crime required for impeachment.
Add to this, the entirety of scope outlined in Rosenstein's order appointing the special council in which investigations have thus far determined crimes have been committed, resulting in the indictment and conviction of several individuals directly involved in the Trump campaign. Other individuals and alleged Trump associates are still under investigation. Some indications are that Trump's closest family may be involved which would further encumber his ability to perform as president.
Trump knows both criminally and constitutionally he is finished. Everything he does now is an attempt to prolong the inevitable and shield his family, business enterprises, friends and associates from prosecution. While the current situation imposes undue stress on the nation, the rule of law and the understanding that no man is above the law must prevail for America to survive as a nation. America must stay focused and not allow the rule of law to be subverted by treachery, conspiracy, or deceit.

Are there no patriots in Government or is it too late?
Are there no patriots in Government or is it too late? Have you all been compromised? The criminally subversive madman in the White House has defamed and marginalized every man and woman in Congress. They are a disgrace to the nation. They bask, intoxicated from the victories of their latest political siege, as the president rampages on his quest to destroy all semblance of law and order and trample on our Constitution as if it were worthless rubbish. Republicans disgrace themselves, their party and country, standing complicit in the downfall of our nation and it's plunge into chaos. It is this chaos that makes us perilously vulnerable to hostile nations. And Democrats, you should never again utter the words "the party of the people". Your lack of courage and indifference to the actions of the president makes you unworthy. You would allow the nation and government to be compromised for personal and political gain.
Now is not the time to seek what lies dimly in the future, but is to do what is clearly at hand. There was no FBI or DOJ when the framers included the language of "other high crimes and misdemeanors" in the Constitution. You need not wait for Mueller to complete his investigations. Do your job. Draw the articles of impeachment and proceed. That is your duty.
This president has disgraced the office and the country since the day he was sworn in. He continues on a course to alienate every ally we have ever had and has decimated our government's infrastructure, circumventing and evading safeguards designed to mitigate such treachery. He has eviscerated the chief law enforcement agency of the United States in order to undermine Federal criminal investigations into his election campaign, himself, his family, his private enterprises and associates.
I repeat House Democrats, you need not wait for Mueller to complete his investigation before you draw up articles of impeachment. This president has blatantly committed high crimes and misdemeanors. There is no defense for his actions and there is no ambiguity. Do your job, because the alternative could lead to the total downfall of this government and perhaps ignite the fuse to civil war.
Do not push your responsibilities off onto the FBI. They have their own job to do. One last thing, if you remain indifferent and are incapable of comprehending the urgency of the situation after Trump's disgraceful press briefing, subsequent to his act of obstruction of justice in the firing of his Attorney General Jeff Sessions today, you are unworthy of your office and you further disgrace this nation. So I ask again, is it too late? Are there no patriots in Congress? Have you all been compromised?

Open Letter To Special Counsel Robert Mueller
Dear Special Counsel Mueller,
With utmost respect, "America" is on the line here. The question is clear, who's in charge we the people or the Electoral College? We reject any notion the 2016 election was fair, honest or uncorrupted. We acknowledge the importance of your investigation into the validity of the 2016 election and the possibility of Russian involvement. It is conspicuously the most important issue facing America bar none. If their is no confidence in the validity of our government and election system we have 3 options.
We can wait till all hell breaks loose (I think we're a bit late on that one) or we fix it, making sure it can never happen again. I'm afraid the 3rd option is either suborning fascism or engaging in insurrection. That won't end well for anyone. However to make that determination we need the verified, uncompromised and unbiased facts you are tasked to provide. Congress' integrity is questionably dubious, imperiled and most likely as compromised as this administration.
Additionally, we can no longer rely on a 4th estate, (the media in general) the only constitutionally protected enterprise, because it has been encumbered by politics and advertising dollars. With a compromised and weaponized free press in this day and age, it attributed to the current events and the country turning on itself at the speed of digital light. A concerted, over-saturation of unconfirmed facts, misinformation and complete fabrication. Couple that with the apparent compromise of all branches of government, the weight of the entire nation and the validity of this president, administration and our election system, rests upon you and the facts your investigation is tasked to provide.
If we as a nation, have no confidence in our own government or our system of elections we have failed and we must ask ourselves who will? The answer is, no one. And, with the recent bombing assassination attempts of 2 presidents and perhaps a dozen people of prominence, who have publicly voiced their opposition to the Trump administration and the current operation of our Congress, the mid-term election and dare I say the entire nation is in peril. It is because of these critically important and pressing issues, the heart of a desperate and grateful nation reaches out to respectfully beseech you to either sh*t or get off the pot...We may not make it to, or past, the elections
Kindest Regards,
Concerned American, Veteran, father and husband.

It has begun. The President has ignited the fuse to civil war.
Let's be clear on exactly what has transpired today. Person or persons yet to be identified, just attempted the bombing assassinations of people who politically oppose Donald Trump. They include; 2 Presidents, a Secretary of State, a former CIA Director, an Attorney General, a news outlet and at least one member of Congress and state legislators. All of whom Donald Trump has publicly labeled "enemies of America". A sitting president, who through pernicious speech, incites the assassinations of his political opponents, should be immediately taken into custody for acts of subversion. DOJ policy relative to indicting a sitting president be damned. What we are witnessing here is the lighting of the fuse to civil war by the president of the United States. Wake up people!

Well America, here's another fine mess you've gotten us into...
Hey, America, block me, mute me, ban me, do whatever you do, or just get the f*ck out of the way. How's that voting, peaceful transition thingy working for ya? The Republicans had a taste of fascism and heaping portions of Russian caviar and they liked it. These subversive charlatans claim to be doing the will of the people. They are doing no such thing. What they are doing is the opposite and they won't stop until they've either killed us off, or turn us into impotent, vacant lemmings.
Look at the news America. Turn on your radios and TVs while you still can. Look at what this government is doing. We as a nation have been fighting since our inception against the very things this government is doing right here in our own country to our own people. Thousands of people are protesting the government's marginalization of their grievances. The government will lock up every single one of them up if necessary to carry out their fascism. We will never allow ourselves to be ruled by lawlessness, fascists or authoritarians. You don't have enough jails.
This government has overstepped their authority and has breached the trust of the people. It is under federal investigation for election fraud, financial criminality, subversion, espionage and treason. It's full on corrupt, bereft of truth, honor and integrity and is full on fascist. It must stop here! We will NEVER be ruled by fascists, Stalinesque or Putinesque authoritarians, race supremacists, neo-Nazis, or their sympathizers. Make no mistake. Republicans did this and Democrats allowed it to happen, No checks, no balances, no laws, no order, no common sense. Only self enrichment at the peril of the people. This enduring political duopoly of impotent Democratic incrementalism and ruthless Republican policies is neither a representative democracy nor a government of, by, or for the people.
Ignore these signs at your own peril because when the "spectacle" is over, when the marching, the chanting and the obligatory photo op arrests have stopped, America will emerge and they won't be "singing songs and carrying signs" and they won't stop until every last fascist, collaborator or supporter is removed from office, jailed, or executed by a fair, elected, balanced, and politically unbiased court of law, for their treachery against their country and humanity. We held that same "court" at Nuremberg for some of the same issues, we damn sure can do it here.
As it is, I don't believe in God, I believe in America. I'm old and I'm broken, but I am prepared to stand ready and steadfast, to fight and die if necessary for America, yet again. I know in my heart of hearts and in the deepest part of my soul, this current government is NOT America. If you are religious, if you believe in some deity, whoever or whatever they or it may be, I suggest you start praying. If you believe in America, I suggest if you have family, prepare them, make them safe, then prepare yourselves for the most extreme and unselfish sacrifices one could possibly make in defense of your life and the lives of your family and friends. We and we alone will decide if America lives in freedom or dies at the hand of fascism. So, If you are reading this, I beseech you, prepare yourselves for your own good.
It's funny now when I think back on my pop, and how I thought it funny when he stood up when the TV stations went off the air playing the National Anthem. I'm also starting to understand how my pop must have felt when he loaded cases upon cases of canned goods, water and candles in the cellar during the Cuban missile crisis. Yes, we all thought he was a bit off, but he was our pop. Fortunately, cool heads prevailed and it worked out OK for America. But I have a feeling this is different. This is our homeland under attack from within and this time things may not end as well. But I'll be damned if I'm gonna take anymore of this fascist bullshit from this government. So go ahead...come at me bro! You may get to me, you may whip my as*, you may take me down or worse, you may kill me for defending America...but you damn sure won't like it!

If we're going to be honest
There were always the dicks, times never change. But there were the 'cool kids', like the ones who put a jiffy john on the roof of the cafeteria to get a point across. (or maybe they were just drunk on their asses) either way, the people I knew would kick the asses of dicks that did the crap to girls Kavanaugh was alleged to have done. I use the term girls because that's what they were called during my high school years. Yes, we had nicknames for people, mine was Moose. Other's weren't as endearing and downright disgusting. Kids, especially drunk as*hole kids, can be the cruelest of cruel little bastards.
So, having been through all that in the 60s and hearing testimony that I deem very credible, I realize in astonishment not much has changed over the years, Ergo, I will have to go with a firm NO. Kavanaugh should not be appointed. In fact, they should probably remove this guy from the bench altogether. He was non responsive and evasive when asked direct question. His demeanor became aggressive, his utterances were politically bizarre and conspiratory. His actions and words do not reflect the traits of a person deserved of such an appointment.
Consequently, if they do appoint this man to the highest court of the United States, our system of justice will be considered politically compromised and no SCOTUS ruling going forward will carry weight or mean jack sh*t to anyone. You will have instigated more than just a confrontation of words with the people that elected you to office. You will have assaulted the integrity and neutrality of the courts. Without that integrity intact the courts will be seen as a political tool. This will signal the choice to be made. The demise of law, order and justice in America and a Government of no confidence? Or a remedy in which every vote to appoint Kavanaugh will result in an end to a political career and the public impeachment of a sitting SCOTUS Justice, followed by the impeachment of a President.

I Remember 1968.This Ain't That!
I
remember 1968 pretty well. The first thing I remember is that Russia, (back then the Soviet Union) wasn't our friend. Not even close. Of other note, we had a war in Vietnam. John McCain was shot down over Hanoi the year before. Martin Luther King
was assassinated, we had a Democratic Convention and we had a nation profoundly divided. What
we didn't have was a President under investigation, which for in all intents and purposes is treason. Nor did we have a political party that appears compromised and complicit from outward appearances. We also didn't have neo-Nazi fascists and
white supremacists masquerading in Congress. Back then, we knew who all of them
were. They were outspoken and obvious. George Wallace and Robert Byrd come to
mind. There were more, but you get the idea.
So when I hear mainstream media say "We'll survive this, we survived the 1968 Democratic Convention", I think they're being a bit disingenuous. Declaring as fact, because we survived the 68 Democratic Convention, America will survive our current crisis leads me to ask "Where is your crystal ball? And to that I add, which America?
Yes, we had a huge convention crisis in 68, but let's not forget the nation also endured the disgrace of two impeachments since then, and yes we've survived those as well. But the crisis America faces today has no historical comparison and therefore no basis for such claims. True, America is resilient, but the "flagships" of our intelligence services, law enforcement and investigative services have made public their conclusions relative to the state of America's security. I'll paraphrase here: America's systems and processes of government have been infiltrated, compromised and continue to be manipulated and compromised by hostile foreign entities. Worse, there is evidence to suggest the very real possibility American citizens are complicit. The FBI/DOJ are currently involved in trying to get to the bottom of it. It's not looking good for the President, his administration, the line of succession and yes, some members of Congress. This may be America's worst nightmare. The take over of our government from hostile entities, with aid of US citizens. I'm pretty skeptical, so I'm calling that treason plain and simple.
There is much to rail about. We can rail against the media and the 4th estate. We can rail about the Internet and Social Media platforms. Let's also rail about the gullibility of America in general. Again, there is much to rail about. But when a President, his administration and certain Congressional members of his political party ignominiously tear down the principles and ideals on which this republic was based and work to compromise and interfere with the cornerstones of the highest intelligence and law enforcement investigative services of our nation's sworn oath and duty, there is great and just reason for alarm. So yes, I remember 1968, but this ain't that!
This won't be ended by a political party using local Police, to dole out thug like justice to convention protesters. No squires, this will be different. This will only end when a traitor, his supporters and co-conspirators, all of them, are brought to stand before a jury of their peers and attempt to defend the indefensible, treason.

Are We A Society Functioning Within Normal Limits?
A visceral malevolence has crept upon us, spreading like a virus and has infected our society in general. We have become like rotted fruit, once healthy and good for life, now rotted and a danger to ourselves and each other. The product of political extremism based in hate, violence, the sacrosanctity of racial supremacy, and the delusion of thinking one can act like a dick with no consequences and those who oppose this radical political extremism.

Countering the FBI/DOJ Policy of a Sitting President's Amenability to Indictment and Criminal Prosecution
The FBI/DOJ have a long held policy that in a nutshell,
shields a sitting president from indictment and prosecution for crimes.
On its face, one could consider the stress of a presidential indictment would
be too much for the country to bear. On the other hand, America’s resiliency has proven time and again that it can withstand stress of constitutional crisis as demonstrated by the impeachment hearings of Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon,
and Bill Clinton. All stressful and all leaving an indelible mark on our nation, yet we persist.
At issue is perhaps the constitutionally guaranteed right to a
speedy trial, which has been made moot by the FBI/DOJ policy of refusing to
indict a sitting president. The framers understood that law, order and justice
must in all cases prevail. To this end, they included in the Constitution a remedy by which the country can continue to operate with the least level of
impairment or incapacity when confronted by monumental crisis. It’s called the “Presidential
Line of Succession”.
Impeachment by Congress and criminal indictment by Federal
authorities are two separate and distinct operations of our nation’s laws and institutions. They
are conducted separately and the Line of Succession, which acts as a "safety net" to ensure the continuity of operation of government
through times of constitutional crisis, mitigates the risk or capacity to
impact negatively the other’s process and mitigates the possibility of any incapacitation of government operations.
It is this distinction and by this separation of legal
processes, that the conclusions reached by the FBI/DOJ relative to the
amenability of a sitting president to be criminally indicted and prosecuted appear to have been reached in error and based on the defective reasoning as stipulated on the FBI/DOJ website that; "an indictment
or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine
the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned
functions". The Presidential Line of Succession is the constitutional remedy
that not only contradicts, but makes moot the Justice Department’s policy of shielding a sitting president from
indictment and prosecution for crimes.
Consistent with the American ideal that no one is above the law and therefore no seat in government is immune from indictment and prosecution from Federal crimes, even the uber conservative Republican Judge Bork agreed and addressed the question in 1973, in connection with the grand jury investigation of then-Vice President Spiro Agnew. In response to a motion by Vice President Agnew to enjoin grand jury proceedings against him, then-Solicitor General Robert Bork filed a brief arguing that, consistent with the Constitution, the Vice President could be subject to indictment and criminal prosecution. What's good for the Vice President, is good for the President.

Candidate to Collusion - How Trump Happened
By April, 2015, Vladimir Putin saw the perfect storm gathering in
American politics and decided to seed the clouds. The man is no dummy. He was
after all ex KGB, although much like ex Marines, they don't exist. He used his
'cold war' network and long perfected covert craft, to effect a perfect plan
(apparently) to critically damage American democracy and throw its government
and its people into chaos.
From all apparent accounts, his
plan was fairly simple. The first part included the infiltration of both
political parties and their candidate's campaign by agents of the Russian
government and 3rd party associates for the purposes of extracting intelligence
while offering support in the form of fabricated misinformation and other
enticements to solidify the infiltration and 'compromat'. The human intelligence
gathering did well until the obfuscation failed and their intentions and
motives were exposed.
The second part of Putin's plan
was to use America's own deep political divisions as a weapon against
themselves. Putin was well versed on America politically. He understood that
while there were only 2 parties, those parties were divided into thirds. His plan would rely on the widening divide between the left and right in each party
to swallow the center. The larger political left/right divide would follow suit and swallow it's center as well. In truth, part of this plan had been in operation for
decades, institutionally funding organizations covertly that were 'politically
connected'. Again all while gathering political intelligence on hot button/3rd
rail issues and buying influence into those circles and their network's politically connected circles. He
knows how to work American politics.
The third part of his plan
involved us, we the people. How we get our news, who we get if from, our likes and hates, our astuteness and our gullibility. He would use our own media to implement and weave
his web of counter intelligence and misinformation, using our cable networks and multi-media, social platforms and Americans, both willing and
unwilling as dupes. He was confident the cyber media operation he sanctioned would
weaponize and use to his advantage the lunacy exhibited by the 17 or so
Republican candidates and the alleged DNC election improprieties as well as the loud cries
from the masses of unfairness towards the other Democratic candidate Bernie
Sanders. Putin's intelligence gathering also gave him high confidence that the Clinton campaign and the DNC had damaged the
Democratic left and the Republicans themselves had damaged their platform
and the RNC, to the extent they were basically made moot entities. He privately gloats in Kremlin circles that his continued funding of his prized cyber intrusion operation into America's election system easily mitigated any risk of Clinton winning and
Trump losing the election. He's especially proud that he did it utilizing our own 4th estate and our TV and cable multi-media social platforms, After all, he is ex KGB, he's had decads to control his own people and the people of other nations he's directed his aggression towards.
There you have it. That's how
it happened. Now...the race to remove the entire episode from the annals of
American history. It's much too embarrassing to think about.

Trump's America - A Menace to the Entire World
Think Saddam Hussein, he knew he was finished. Yet in his wake, he left scorched and burning the very thing he valued the most, oil fields. Donald Trump is the American con man's dream. He too knew his days were numbered the second he raised his hand to be sworn in. He started scorching and burning his way through our government institutions over a year ago. From his family's security faux pas, the blatant disregard or just plain old lying on their security documents, to rumors of emoluments violations and Russian collusion involving himself, his family and members of his administration, Trump has managed to purposely appoint the best possible choices to run our government institutions into the ground. Recent history has shown he's just not that smart to be orchestrating this all by himself. I'm not sure at this point, but I'm confident if and when Trump is made to stand and answer for his deeds, he'll claim fake news or no collusion, but it's too late, the devastation will have already been done.
The facts remain, Donald Trump knows his days are numbered and his knee jerk frenzy exposes his guilt of conscious. With the 4th estate hanging on his every utterance, he's woven a web of lies to distract us from losing our position as global leader among nations, and forcing us to sacrifice our integrity and honor, to stand as the foolish naked emperor, against the onslaught of global isolationism and the ominous winds of war. America, we are way past Constitutional crisis. We've become a menace and a danger to the entire world.

America's Ideological Divide Has Become Too Great To Span For Either Side Without Middle Ground ...
The ideological divide in America has become too great to span for either side without middle ground. Hard right and left factions of our political parties have removed any evidence of the existence of a middle ground, leaving a void for which there may be no remedy, no path forward, save dissolving and banning political parties, the reason for the impass.
They have all but destroyed this country and fanned the flames of the racial division, hate and murderous mayhem being inflicted on innocent people in America at this very moment for no reason other than they can. The Republicans have their scapegoat. They can easily blame this on our woefully inept, fascist leaning President Trump. But he is only a symptom, a figurehead of their destructive politics and agenda of division of the classes. Be that as it may, what is the Democrat's excuse? Other than "now is not the time for [insert progressive agenda they have no intention of supporting]"? They are so sure they know what's good and best for America, they don't even pretend to feign an interest, especially if it involves a decrease in their campaign coffers from special interest donors. Who needs outside enemies, when we have cretins such as these to deal with internally? Is there no viable political block of voters, and I don't care what they call themselves, to right the ship America?

This is not the time?
I'm a gun owner, but I have to tell you, members of Congress saying "this is not the time to talk about gun violence" should just get run over by a tractor trailer full of empty AR-15 shells. They won't do a thing until some whack-job rushes the doorway of their capitol hill offices...and that's a big maybe in itself.
Until then, schools and kids are easier targets for cowards who kill the innocent for no reason whatsoever. Congress is rife with cowardice in the face of truth and too morally bankrupt to respond. This is a solvable problem people! That those elected, continue to do the bidding of the donor gun lobby, bury their heads pleading ignorance and God, disregarding the safety and the lives of Americans, and the lives not only of those who were lost, but the families and survivors of such cowardly acts of murder is untenable.
"You worthless f'ing political hacks". <=== See this? This (among other things) is why I won't run for public office.

No one is above the law in America. Not even the President of the United States.
As President of the United States, if you betray your oath of office, you betray your country. That makes you a traitor. Be it for personal or family gain, espionage, or worse, being a willing participant, colluding with a foreign nation in a systemic effort to dismantle our government institutions and infrastructure, penetrate the nation's media networks and airwaves, engage in activities that produce floods of false and misleading information daily, reinforced by your public appearances and bombastic utterances of blatantly false statements and the follow up lies told by your string of Press Secretaries. You have looted the treasury of this nation and elicited members of Congress and industry to participate, making them complicit. Your "tax reform" is nothing more than embezzlement to finance the enrichment of the affluent and multinational corporate interests suborning your crimes at the peril of the poor and middle class America.
You, your administration, and those you have induced to carry out your agenda have inflicted profound mental stress and anguish on the people of this nation. As a result of your complete ineptness and unfitness for the job as President, your actions have denied health care to millions, prodded and encouraged Congress to dismantle historically legislated safety nets such as Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, vital to sustaining the American dream for many Americans who have retired after many years of successful employment, or have become ill and enfeebled by disease. These life sustaining programs which you and your lackey political zealots are attempting to take away are called entitlements, because people are entitled to them. They paid for them.
What is becoming apparent is that you're not smart enough to plan this by yourself. But you are stupid enough to be a willing participant in this "Break America Greatly" agenda of your benefactors. Those in Congress carrying your buckets of deceit are complicit and are scrambling from view and the light of day, but not before looting and savaging our institutions, further weakening America, making it vulnerable to our enemies and those who would do us harm, sowing distrust in this government's viability. Your "vision" for America is doing more harm than good. You hurt children, disparage citizens and immigrants alike. You lie to soldiers, Veterans and the public daily, and you do it so effortlessly and shamelessly. So much so, that it's easy to imagine you as a participant in an alternate, more sinister agenda of a foreign despot. No one is above the law in America. Not even the President of the United States.

Legislation Sovereignty and Statutory Authorship Act of 2018
I've often thought that the legislative process, specifically the creation of legislation was one of the main reasons for nothing, or very little, ever getting done in Congress that benefits the people of America and not some corporation's bottom line or some rich piggy bank somewhere. That being said, here's my idea to help that along...
Legislation Sovereignty and Statutory Authorship Act - 2018
Purpose:
1.) Ensure the sovereignty of the legislation, and statutory authorship is performed solely by Congress.
2.) Ensure any and all legislation, subsequent amendments and/or riders, shall be limited to the primary intent of the legislation, in order to facilitate a full and unambiguous understanding of the legislation by members of Congress and the people of the United States.
3) Provide authorship restrictions to ensure strict adherence to the provisions of this bill, and remedy for noncompliance.
Section 1 - Legislation Sovereignty and Authorship
A) Only Senators, Representatives, or their Congressional staff members may author any legislation. No corporation, agent, or lobbyist thereof may participate in any manner in the authorship of any legislation to include banking and financial legislation, regulations, and other statutory legislation as required by Congress. Industry and consultants may provide reference input, but may not participate in the actual authorship of the legislation.
B) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1 Paragraph A; Any United States citizen my submit to a member of Congress, any concepts and/or suggestions for legislation, so long as the author is:
i. Not in violation of the Hatch Act of 1939 or as amended.
ii. The originator/author of the concepts or suggestions is not an employee, agent, or lobbyist of any corporation, foreign or domestic, that is actively lobbying Congress, or seeking to do business with the Government of the United States in any manner.
C) Any person, corporation, agent or lobbyist thereof, found in violation of any provision, shall be found guilty of a High Crime, the punishment of which shall be not less than a mandatory minimum of 2 years imprisonment for each offense and Two Million Dollar fine for each occurrence. Additionally, any person and/or entity found to be complicit in such actions shall be found guilty of the above High Crime and suffer the same remedy in addition to being banned from doing any business whatsoever with the Government of the United States, it's Several States and Territories, for a period of not less than seven (7) years.
Section 2 - Limitation To Primary Intent
A) All legislation and subsequent amendments or riders, shall be limited to the primary intent of the legislation.
B) No extraneous additions whatsoever, and in any form, shall be allowed. All legislation shall be singular in intent, and additions that are not fully germane to the primary intent of the legislation shall not be included in the legislation.
C) Any legislation or part thereof which is non compliant to Section 2, A, or B, or deemed to have extraneous content shall be banned from being brought to the floor of the House or Senate.
D) No vote on any legislation whatsoever may be taken or called for until such corrections have been made to bring such legislation into compliance with Section 2, A and B.
Section 3 - Compliance and Remedy
A) Any member of Congress knowingly attempting to put forth any legislation that would undermine and/or cause catastrophic damage or peril to the government or the people of the United States, to include the economy, the full faith and credit of the United States, the military, or the health and well being of American citizens shall be immediately taken into custody by the chamber's Sergeant at Arms, and delivered directly to the Department of Justice, to stand for charge of High Crimes, and conspiracy to commit acts of Subversion against the Government and people of the United States of America.

C) For the purpose of this legislation, Subversion shall be defined as: A systematic attempt to overthrow or undermine a government or political system or process, by persons working from within or outside of the United States Government, also: the crime of committing acts in furtherance of such an attempt.
2.) Ensure any and all legislation, subsequent amendments and/or riders, shall be limited to the primary intent of the legislation, in order to facilitate a full and unambiguous understanding of the legislation by members of Congress and the people of the United States.

DACA, Immigration, Border Security and Congress - 21st Century American Kabuki
Here's a novel idea...
We all realize that if Congress does their job (creating legislation), and it becomes law, it may at some point face Constitutional challenges in court. Some members of Congress are lawyers and perhaps some may be "Constitutional" scholars, that being said, we all know much of the language in Congressional legislation is actually written and guided by third parties and Capitol Hill lobbyists.
Why not have the Supreme Court try their hand at creating a fair, comprehensive and Constitutional, immigration plan. After all, they are the ones who pass Constitutional judgement relative to judicial challenges to law. One might agree, whatever the Supreme Court Judges create, probably won't face many if any challenges later on. While DACA is in the forefront of importance because of a closing time window, immigration is so much more than DACA. Border security is important enough to be a separate issue. It shouldn't be a pawn in some Congressional negotiation, AKA Kabuki dance, on how to spend tax payer money. There is no necessity in compromise or negotiation relative to immigration and border security. It's not an either or issue. They are distinct and separate issues conjoined at the hip.
My suggestion would be to get DACA done and passed on a clean, straight forward and bipartisan bill, since window of opportunity is closing fast. Then notify all relative agencies of the DACA fix. Then, put the other issues in a hat and draw the next issue to tackle, then the next, then the next. Hey if drawing names out of film canisters in a hat passes for democracy in Virginia, then it's good enough for Congress. I'm sure they will find that taken separately, each bill will be stronger and probably enjoy stronger bipartisan participation and support. Congress, earn your money...you lazy good for nothing bums...
