Another example of the corrupt, ineptness of the people put in charge by this administration...
The FCC will vote today to end the Internet as we know it. Lobbyists from the largest Internet providers and wall street corporate skells have poured MILLIONS of dollars into the pockets of the bureaucrats at the FCC and our so called representatives on capitol hill in an effort to corner the Internet and effectively do the bidding of a soon to be formed Internet cartel...its bidding..and its bidding only. This ruling will allow only those huge corporations who have formed a union to provide ONLY that information they want you to see...and information for which they have collected a fee from the information providers.
Thank you Democraps and Rethuglicans for allowing the once open Internet to be turned into what will be the uber restricted, worthless, and ILLEGALLY monitored piece of crap, modeled after China...hey...they already own most of America now anyway because they own our debt...Why not use their idea of the Internet? After all, it fits right into the restrictions these large cartels will put on the information available. If the information didn't come from them, or they weren't paid for it...you ain't gonna get it!
Proof that the once great America that we knew...The America that stood for Freedom and Equality...is a thing of the past...the only ones who will have access, freedom, and equality will be the super rich...the corrupt corporate/wall streeters, and our corrupt, bought and paid for government.
I am truly ashamed of what my country has become....No longer the United States of America....no longer OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE...but rather FOR THE CORPORATIONS AND ELITISTS....
SHAME ON AMERICA! SHAME ON THE DEMOCRAPS AND RETHUGLICANS....SHAME ON BIG BUSINESS/INTERNET PROVIDERS...AND...SHAME ON THIS GOVERNMENT/ADMINISTRATION....YOUR INDIFFERENCE TO THE WILL AND WELL BEING OF THE PEOPLE HAS NO BOUNDARIES!

Well said, G. I am in agreement with you. It's very much a shame that we should lose one of our most (simply) guaranteed rights of freedom of speech- even to assemble, although in a figurative sense.
